Updated nwipe package to v0.32. Modification to the nwipe_launcher in regards to user lftp export of logs

Further work regarding ethernet and lftp export of logs to a ftp server on the local network. The kernel command line in /boot/grub/grub.cfg and /EFI/BOOT/grub.cfg now supports user defined ftp commands. As an example, placing the following on the kernel command line lftp="open 192.168.1.100; user username password; cd data; mput nwipe_*.txt" will export the nwipe log file to your ftp server into a directory called data. This has been tested with vsftpd as the ftp server. Replace 192.168.1.100 with the IP address or domain name of your server, username & password with your ftp server username & password. Any problems? examine the lftp.log file in shredos's virtual filesystem and the stdout on nwipe exit

Shredos now supports ethernet, DHCP, hotplug, no configuration necessary. It also now includes bash as well as the default shell ash. Due to the increasing size of bzimage (shredos) I increased the vfat size so that 10% space remains. Running out of space usually means the stick won't boot after a fresh built. This increase in size was necessary due to the increased number of drivers recently added. Along with ethernet support I also added lftp which may be used in the next version to export drive status logs to a users ftp server. Although not tested I included the sftp module, further testing needs to be done on sftp support.

Ensure that the post patch hooks call use the correct autotools binaries
when calling autogen.sh for ShredOS-specific packages. Failing to
explicitly prepend `output/host/bin` to the PATH when calling autogen.sh
can lead to the incorrect use of system packages and build failure.
