configs/beaglebone: kernel build needs mkimage

Following ffbe46a529 ("linux: simplify
LINUX_BUILD_CMDS"), the Linux kernel build for beaglebone_defconfig
builds more things, including some .itb files, which require mkimage
with FIT support.
