Added the libconfig library which nwipe now uses

Added the commands tmux2 tmux4 tmux6 tmux8 which each creates a
tmux session with either 2, 4, 6 or 8 panes (terminals). Useful
when you want to run multiple nwipes simultaneously with each nwipe
wiping one drives. Useful for hotswapping.
